I have developed the rose idea a bit further by making the package into a poster that folds out and and appears as shown above I believe that this design is very environmentally friendly, intricate and and has very easy and cost effective way of producing them for one offs and even production line. the downsides to this as a CD package is that it will be very hard to enclose any other document with the CD and once the design it folded out it may not be as easy to put back together even if the individual knew what they were doing. this design gives me a healthy standing point to move on and carry the outcome further as much as I love the design I believe that I will be taking components of it to take my ideas to the next level. for my CD packaging I want to stay far from the Norm square Package with labels attached on both sides, I also want to create a completely original design that hasn't being done yet.
